Not conventional thinking, but reasonable nonetheless.
From a common sense point of view, for any one of us to appear fully formed on this Earth at this time requires understanding far beyond what any human is capable of. Yet if we can accept that we are here and that whatever happened to get us here must therefore have been valid, then it is far less of a stretch of the imagination to think that we might appear in another lifetime.
That lifetime might be earlier than this one or later. On a subject of this magnitude, time ceases to be a major consideration.
